I will pick up the core rulebook this coming weekend.

I have a vampire counts army from 6th & 7th edition Warhammer Fantasy.

Questions.

1. Vampire Counts, What army is that now? V.C still around?
2. Does the core rule book have all the point costs? if not where are they?
3. What is the top 3 must haves for the V.C (or insert new name here) army.

Thanks!

Gathering the Informations.

Vampire Counts are still around, but they're split into multiple factions.

Ghoul related stuff is "Flesh Eater Courts"
Skeleton related stuff is "Deathrattle"
Ghosts are "Nighthaunt"
Vampires are "Soulblight"
Necromancers are "Deathlords"

Legions of Nagash will be your 'best bet' book if you had a full on Vampire Counts army with a good mix of stuff, barring the Flesh Eater Courts.

Points are in there and/or "General's Handbook"(the AoS equivalent of Chapter Approved--it updates points).

You can ally in ghouls in legions of Nagash and still get access to terrorghiests

Ooh, good. I haven't read LoN too in depth so just tried to give the briefest description I could.
