I think fortifications should be available in BN and BDE detachments. Fortifications don't seem overly broken or competitive, and I don't understand why taking them has to take up a precious detachment slot. They make for fun and varied gameplay, but no one wants to waste a detachment slot for them. I feel 1 for a BN and 2-3 for a BDE is reasonable.

Matched play doesn't have a restriction on how many detachments you can bring. Fortiifcations just aren't in a good place right now - there's nothing like paying 100+pts for a model only to find out that there is a ton of already-useful cover granting buildings on the board. You are basically hoping to get a crappy terrain board.

And what Faction is a detachment that includes units with the Unaligned Faction Keyword?
