Any of the old FW bolters available in the current GW sets?

Tigrus comes with plastic Mk IV Marines. Phobos comes with plastic Mk III Marines. As far as I know, Seeker, Umbra and Umbra Ferrox are gone.

The closest looking to the umbra is the Phobos, you just need to chop off the extended barrel.

I noticed all the Chaos militia stuff is gone, too. Are they re-releasing or are they gone forever? Is so, why...?

@Anfauglir - Last Chance to Buy, about 2 weeks ago if I recall. Check the FW Thread over in News and Rumours for details. As far as people can tell, it's to free up SKU codes in the sores (Or so I understand from that thread). No idea if they'll re-release them at some point.
