So, I started by watching this video.
And I've since confirmed that both sets are no longer available to either Games Workshop website, or Forgeworld website.

What I'd like to discuss is: Does this mean we're going to get a new 30k box set in the near future? If so what would you like to see in it?

Personally: I would like to see Mk2 armor in plastic for my Dark Angels.

I think if we get a box with a new mark of armor it'll be MK 5

Most people bought them for a models discount, not to play the game and all the individual kits are still for sale. GW probably sold the last of the board game pieces and doesn't want to make more.

Almost certainly this. GW doesn't do board game parts themselves so have to outsource them with minimum orders. Combine this to lesser profit margin than individual boxes...

The games were actually good and Calth was a better 40k than 40k! Indeed summed up by one staff member as the best game GW has sold that no one will play...

I would love to see Calth re-packaged with Mk3 ultras vs Mk4 word bearers to reflect the biased re-supply.

As to armour marks, with FW discontinuing Mk2 that is desperately needed considering it was still i believe the majority armour mark at the start of the heresy. Mk6 and 5 being the suits the majority wore in the battle for terra.

It'd make sense for a siege of terra type box to come out with the HH books advancing to that point.
