I don't really like the 5 man raptor squads without any wargear. It seems like you just envision them as cheap chaff harassers who provide an extra leadership debuff. Still I would make the Mark of Nurgle and give them the associated Icon for a bit more leadership damage out of them for minimal cost. I also think they make good plasma delivery systems if you are already bringing them, it also gives them some bite the turn they deep strike in, since they are unlikely to make a charge, and thus will be out of range of their debuff. But if you are just running them on foot as a leadership debuffing distraction they might be fine with just the Nurgle Icon.
If you are going to run a Slaanesh prince, spending a command point for intoxicating elixer is worth it. Its a great piece of Wargear as strength 8 is a huge threshold for the Prince.
Also keep the god specific psychic powers in mind. Delightful Agonies and Weaver of Fates especially. Keep in mind your Mauler Fiends are going to have a huge mark over their heads, and you can only attempt Warptime one x per turn. You can however use the durability buffs to help make your Maulerfiends tank a round or two of shooting while they close in. So a Tzeentch marked fiend can get Weaver of Fates for a 4++, the Slaanesh marked one can get Delightful Agonies, and the Nurgle one can get Cloud of Flies for -1 to hit. I would ditch your Dark Apostle and Exalted Champion for a Pair of Sorcerers. The additional psychic support will vastly improve your durability. Furthermore, it will give you a lot more flexibility to play with the exceptionally good Dark Hereticus spell set. Death Hex can counter anything relying on a good Invulnerable Save, Diabolic Strength can be a huge power increase for an important melee unit, and even smite can be nice to add a few more mortal wounds here and there.
