And maybe I am missing it but those 3 units of troupes will be shot off the table quickly, troupes need starweavers in my opinion. Unless you are going all in on a big troop.

Never argue with an idiot you just lower yourself to their level.

Well, Harlie troupes need a transport.

Yeah its a high risk but more transport = less bikes :/

Bikes don't win the game, they fall apart after you get shot back at. They're toughness 4. You can make them last a bit longer due to buffs/strats/etc but they're a tool, troupes are the backbone of your force. If you're playing 1750 you go the whole boat army and do two battalions and not much else but 2 Troupe Masters, 2 Shadowseers, & 6 troupes squads in Starweavers. You'll have enough points left for a solitaire or a death jester if you do it right. If you don't go this route you do 3 kitted soaring spites troupes and an f-ton of skyweavers, or the same but a medium amount (6 maybe) and some aeldari support, but if you go this route it gets expensive fast so you're better just doing 6 starweavers with a bunch of fusion inside. No matter what they shoot down they won't do a ton of crippling damage to your army cuz they're all kitted very similarly. Just an idea. Everything has holes but this is a solid way to play. You get 13CP to play with. You can get a vanguard detachment in there if you free up another 90 points for 2 death jesters but it'll cost you too much gear from your troupes squads to be worth the trade-off for the extra cp.

I'm a little perplexed about the Masque choices you have, Silent Shroud and Dreaming Shadow both have their uses, but the unit choices in their detachments is a little unconventional.

Silent Shroud is probably my second favorite Masque, behind Soaring Spite. I think SS generally is best with a big unit of Skyweavers though, you can get the most out the Silken Knife strat that way (which is the main reason to take SS in the first place).
Dreaming Shadow, people tend to try to maximize out Jesters, I'm no expert there, not really my thing.

For the OP, any insight on why you picked those Masques?

Sometimes, you just gotta take something cause the model is freakin cool...

Silent shroud and Starmist raiment provide the right tools for charges without getting shot.
Still, Harlies are a one-hit wonder and may be left in the open when the enemy is killed in cc or withdraws.
I found that Cegorach's joke is of great value here. Last time it killed the last Cataphrone destroyer willing to withdraw in one volley.
