Afternoon. Got into 40k back in the very early 90’s through playing heroquest and space crusade as a kid and was fascinated by the lore and models. As I got into my late teens women booze raves and drugs took over and I left the hobby pretty much before I got into it. Fast forward to January 2018 and through reading eisenhorn and ravenor I’m back into it big time!

Played my first two games of 40k a few weeks back. I’ve always loved the Ultramarines from way back as a kid and I know they don’t get a lot of love due to them being the generic poster boys but I don’t care.
Recently got into kill team and have played about 5 games and won 3 and lost 2. Using a primaris deathwatch kill team and it’s persuaded me into start painting a deathwatch army which I’m in the beginning stages of doing now.

Also a big lover of genestealer cult and can’t wait for the codex to arrive.
