I've run Vulkan a lot, but he's just not worth it. One stray lasercannon equivalent shot and he is toast.

What heavy weapons are your Devs taking? I've had great luck with 2 LC, 1 ML, and 1 HB.

I would recommend against heavy weapons on Tacticals. If you're looking for something more give them plasma guns.

Do you just have 1 razorback? I'd suggest getting those tacticals in as many RB as you can, otherwise they're going to get chewed up fast. The big advantage to MSU Primaris squads is that they have the same wounds as a full 10 man squad. Old marines lose that advantage and will likely just fold to good fire.

Does Shen have statistics? I'm not even familiar with that character.
