I was just wondering if this list is still viable after the changes to warpsurge not being able to get a 2 ++ on the LoC to soak firepower or a 3++ to a DP or the pink horror blob.

the most competitive chaos God right now is nurgle. I doubt a mixed list like that can do something really good at least if you want bring it at serious tournaments, LOC with 3++ is not like a LOC with 2++, it will die in 1 turn now, flamers are meh
