I like where you're going. I have two main suggestions: first, I'd like to see some more detail on the tentacles. Ridges, boils etc. Second, I would seriously consider moving the wall section in front of DP #1 so that it isn't blocking his lower half.
Thanks for the advice. For prince 1 I was thinking of heating the wall and bending it so it looks like it's been forced into the ground. Hopefully that will expose more of the daemon as well. For the 2nd prince I'm planning on adding suction cups to the for larger tentacles although i like the idea of having ridges as well
