As long as it was painted and based I wouldn't care. There's someone on here who made a kickass C'tan from a Dr Manhattan figure. I'll see if I can dig it up.
Congratulate your opponent on finding a more evocative model than the stock Nightbringer, and get on with it. It looks like it's bigger than the original, which is generally a disadvantage.
