There are some third party bits vendors that make tread sets. Kromlech and puppetswar are a couple, there are more I'm sure.
You can also look for scale models for armored vehicles, and repurpose their tracks. You're going to get the most detail this way, but scale models being much more concerned with accuracy, they tend to have lots of tiny delicate parts to assemble, unlike a wargaming model. Also, unless you find a discounted item, scale models can be a bit pricey for a one-off project.
My other favorite method is to check thrift stores for toys and models that can be chopped up for bits. This works best for ork stuff, as mismatches and janky assembly are part of the aesthetic. But using a cheap toy for its tracks can be the most economical way to kitbash. You can also get cheap toys from Amazon, eBay, etc, but not nearly as cheaply as at a thrift store.
