Whiteshield Conscript Trooper

Hello
I'm getting back into wargaming again after quite a long break after finally getting my 40k death korps of krieg army finally built up . Hopefully I'll be able to get some feedback /advice on my painting and basing schemes as it seems my partner is sick of me asking her about which shades of grey she prefers by this point haha.
Looking forward to contributing to this community
