Pretty much as per the title, what is the best matt spray varnish to use, thatn I can get hold of in the UK? (ideally on ebay/amazon etc).

It's not for the mini's, just my scenery, as it will get stacked on top of each other etc in storage, so try and prevent scratches.

I say best, if its good enough and cheap than thats fine, it is for scenery only.

Thanks in advance!

I use Pebeo matt picture varnish spray on terrain and miniatures. I have never had a problem with clouding or shine. It looks thick when you spray it on but dries nice and thin. It seems to be quite tough as well.
Not sure if it's available in the UK but my suggestion would be to go to a good arts and crafts shop and see what they have.

Rustoleum do a polyurethane Matt varnish spray, I might try that, that one you said is a bit more expensive here

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Read some reviews on the rustoleum some people said it gave a bit of a shine which I want to avoid.

I have ordered some Hycote Matt Lacquer - as reviews state it doesnt shine - I am also a fan of Hycote sprays in general I use the Matt black to undercoat and the grey primer spray of theirs also, both are great.

Plus its a fair bit cheaper than the lieks of the Army Painter matt varnish or GW purity seal.

Humbrol do good spray Varnishes, normally about £5 for one of them.
