Hey Titanicus,

Interesting list I have run a similar one myself, the scoring potential is deceptive due to the tanks.
I would personally drop the Minotour I have used them before and the twin linked is nice however the minimum range is nasty and we are not exactly lacking ap3, perhaps cull a few upgrades and replace it with a pair of demolishers.
Similar goes for the Ordinatus Sagittar I have both Ordinatus on the shelf and while it looks great and is very resilient it is awkward to use due to its footprint on the table and a Warhound will perform better offensively. I understand wanting to keep it for the tank theme however.
I would find the points to up the normal Krios to Venator's, you have plenty of pie plates the direct fire is often needed when not running haywire besides Callebs.
A Vultarax or 2 in separate fast attack slots would be a nice answer to the lack of AA and double as tank busters, they work well outside cortex controller their speed lets you mostly ignore their cortex limitations.
Secutarii in Triaros are a nice addition as well.

Nice army - this is similar to what I am aiming for with my Mechanicum. Few comments:

More troops! Add in more Thallax or even some Myrmidons in a Triaros. Probably don't need as many tanks as listed even though they are tasty. You have plenty of devastating firepower. That Ordinatus will dish it out in spades leaving a lot of the tanks looking for targets. Perhaps Swap out one set of them for something like a Vulturax (to handle fliers) or maybe even some Skitarii or Tech Thralls to bubblewrap that giant Ordinatus. Good hunting

I agree but he can get by with the matrix of ruin making the tanks "objective secure scoring" in the enemy deploy area.

I've gone ahead and updated it a bit

3000/3000

Dropped the minotaur and some upgrades got in 2 more venators swapped the medusas for demolishers. Lost the explorator augury array which feels a bit bad but hopefully is alright. I want to keep the ordinatus even though its not very maneuverable it's just one of my favourite models and I'd love to use it.

Even though more troops could help in my deployment I do get to score on the enemy half with tanks so its not completely lost on objectives.

I could drop the irad engines to twin linked mauler bolt cannons and drop blessed autosimulacra on the triaros to get the explorator augury array back in might be worth it?

I think you need to play the list to get a feel for it, the explorator augury array is great if you have reserves which you have none, but scout moving the flamer tank up may get you in a round early to torch some units you really need the bolters on the demolishers to minimize weapon destroyed results crippling the tank. You need the irradiation engines, not only is it the best option on the tank your army will have difficulty displacing entrenched infantry without it.

I would be looking into getting more troop choices in the list.
Thallax are wasted inside a Triaros: have one unit on the table turn 1 to banish infitrators back to their deployment zone and have the other unit deep-striking behind an enemy vehicle.

Jam a unit of RoPT Tech-Thralls in the Triaroii for objective camping.

Also - you must like the Krios model because i can't think of a reason why you'd take them over MORATs...
