Well, yesterday night I was preparing my datacards for my match today against Drukhari I a doubt came to me. I have one batallion of Deatwatch and one of Ultramarines and I was wondering if I can use the Aupex Scan twice in a phase, the one of the DW datacards which allow a unit of DW infantry and the one for SM that allows an Adeptus Astartes infantry unit.

No, you can't. Stratagems with the same name in different codexes are considered to be the same, therefore can't be used more than once during a phase in a matched play game. I believe it's in the DG FAQ. I can't quote as usual because I am using my mobile phone.

I mean, if you're in Narrative Play, then yes.

If you're in Matched Play, no, you cannot because stratagems with the same name are the same stratagem regardless of what the content of the stratagem is, as decreed by the Rulebook FAQ

Q: For the purposes of the Strategic Discipline matched play rule, are Stratagems with identical names that appear in different codexes (e.g. ‘Veterans of the Long War’, which is a Stratagem in Codex: Chaos Space Marines, Codex: Death Guard and Codex: Thousand Sons) considered to be the same Stratagem?
A: Yes. This means that, in matched play games, such Stratagems can only be used once per phase regardless of their source. For example, if you use the Veterans of the Long War Stratagem from Codex: Chaos Space Marines, you cannot in the same phase also use the Veterans of the Long War Stratagem from either Codex: Death Guard or Codex: Thousand Sons.

It's in the main rulebook FAQ. The Death Guard FAQ concerns Psychic Powers, which in typical GW incompetence they have hidden away in the Death Guard FAQ and not somewhere logical, because clearly ONLY Death Guard share psychic powers amirite?
