No, it's that it's a Kickstarter. And that apparently they're still almost a year behind on Tunguska designs so who knows what this will do to an already finnicky design bottleneck.

Certainly optimistic on my part. I hope they took notes on what not to do from Wyrd or Steamforged kickstarter campaigns.
