I'm working on an Oldhammer high elf army right now, and I've decided to try out printing my own custom decals for the first time. I made shield decals for a unit of spearmen, and a banner decal for unit of Dragon Princes. All of the vector graphics used were drawn by me (though I traced the runes from other images), and it was definitely a learning experience. I placed the graphics too close to the top of the sheet so the runes got cut off on the top row, and the print quality on the red isn't ideal, but I think it will look fine on a banner and in any case I'm so psyched to get these onto some minis.

They look good. From here, the red looks fine. Is there any significance to the fact some swords have runes next to them and other not?

I mostly just wanted there to be a little variation in the shields. According to the source material, those runes stand for “loyalty” and “storm,” and I plan to use a lightning motif on the unit banner.
