I like it, maybe doesn't need the two xiphons, might put those points into another troop unit.

Do you play 30k? It'd be a lot cooler if you did.

I have a hard time seeing how the list is supposed to work. The small Sky Hunter squadrons look like harassment units and late-game objective takers, which means your front-line units starting on the board look awfully vulnerable. I think the list needs more staying power… more bodies starting on the board. That could mean giving the infantry Rhinos (with dozer blades, and potentially with pintle-mounted multimeltas). You might want to, anyway - I have doubts about a 20-man squad on foot being able to catch anyone to use its melee weapons on, and a squad of plasma gunners walking onto the board is going to be a prime target.

Unrelated to that primary criticism, see how the points values compare if you use Veterans or Seekers with combi-plasma instead of a Tactical Support squad. Few opponents will let you get more than one shot, so the other squads’ benefits may be worth it.

I’d consider a big squadron of Outriders, to give you a second fast melee threat and not leave your Golden Keshig alone on the front line where they’ll receive focused fire. Give them meltabombs, too.

the infantry has outflank DS due to ROW so I figured i'd drop them on a flank to pressure a side objective or enemy backline though i am thinking swapping a xiphon for an anvillus for the plasma squad. I don't really want to use seekers since i won't really be able to use the ap2 bolters since i want the units moving at all times for rerolls and my FA slots are already full but might look into plasma vets. the main idea behind the list is slippery shooty list with the keshig ganking viable targets or coutercharging enemy melee that gets close enough to my shooters.
