I’m afraid I can’t offer advice, but feel your pain as my experience of casting has been very similar. Hopefully you can resolve the issues and get the cannons sorted.
Loving the work on the dwarf on the throne, really good stuff!

Thank you sir!
It does seem like one has unwillingly become a resin casting expect.
I wanted the resin to be bendy-ish so it wont shatter if dropped, or snap.
And therefore I need a resin that is on a Durometer scale around 60, firm but not brittle.
And it just happens to be the 66D resin is very sensitive to moisture and other things, it is reacting with the mold and temperatures.
trying to figure it out here: https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/817282.page

Over few years of VERY VERY light use, the GreenStuff portable airbrush compressor broke ( https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/90/780044.page#11302866)
And I decided to give this a go. It is a cheep nail-art airbrush from AliExpress.

Good luck with the cheap airbrush. I had a very similar one that was pretty decent, but the compressor struggled if used for more than 5 minutes.
Love the king on his throne, he looks very regal. Are the coins made from sequins or part of the sculpt?

I figured I can gamble $15 on a Ali airbrush. So far it is working good.
I do have airbrush backup from Harbor Freight
https://www.harborfreight.com/airbrush-compressor-combo-kit-57637.html
Because I do not have money or space for indoor vented spray booth I airbrush outside, and the handheld is much more convenient than hooking up extension cords everytime.
Even simpler.
Coins are the best part, hex is perfect shape for a dwarf coin.
Its the same glitter (Hexagon Glitter) I can't find the jar to get the name but you can see that I just dip the glued base in the glitter jar.

The gold glitter as gold coins is genius. Well done.
