Any new/established 40k players in Birmingham (West Mids, UK) who I could link up and play with?
Just started collecting again and have a painted, battle ready <500pts (25 power points) Space Marines force itching for battle!
Am looking to play regularly (weekly or fortnightly - evening or weekend).
Thanks

Birmingham is a big place though. Which part are you looking around?
We occasionally get Birmingham players in Coventry. See my sig if you are in East or South Birmingham.

Thanks, this is great!
I am in North-East Birmingham. Don't mind travelling a bit to play weekly or fortnightly. Automatically Appended Next Post: Have looked up the October Wargames Association.
Think the venue has changed to:
Bournbrook and Selly Oak Social Club
13A Hubert Road
B29 6DX
Timings are the same.
Might pop down either tomorrow or next Tuesday just to see what it's like and introduce myself.
It's quite a way away though. Almost thinking Coventry might be closer!

I think I just saw a post of yours on another local forum. If you do fancy coventry we run a club called Cocked Dice on Thursdays. There is usually a good turn out and we have a good mix of players.

There's also Rogue Traders who are also based in Northfield/Selly Oak
https://www.facebook.com/groups/roguetraders/
and BattleGround Gaming UK which is in Acocks Green
https://www.facebook.com/groups/681844212177062/
I have to say the guys at Rogue trader are awesome. They do more than 40k.
BattleGround Gaming is a shop which has tables. They're a good bunch to buy from - I've never played there though

You might want to try Meeple Mayhem on Monument road as well, there's a group of us that get together every Sunday. We're a semi-competitive group but if we know your comming it wouldnt take much to put together a 500pt list to take you on.
Simon also does the best hand made burgers you'll find anywhere and for less than a tenner!

There's all of these places, but none of them in the Store Finder.
Can people throw entries in there? I can't do them all

Thanks for the replies, sorry I missed some of them when they were originally posted.
Am attending Dream Dealers in Coventry on Saturdays. Might check out some of the B'ham suggestions when I get the chance. Thanks again.

There is a wargame shop called board in Brum located near junction 10 of the M6, they have a website & Facebook pages. I suggest you check them out [good bunch of people there ]
There is a club in Sutton Coldfield called Sutton immortals, I believe they meet on Thursdays. They have a Facebook page as well
Also There is a Club called WS10 gaming as well that meets every other Wednesday at Board in Brum. Check them out on Facebook as well.
