I tried to turn this update quickly.
Ynnari text has been updated, Firestorm Anti-Air Tank has been added, Eldritch Raiders faction bonus and Dissonance Charge stratagem have been toned down, Voidstorm Bands have been given an extra attack and a point bump (it was always my intent that they have 3 attacks, I'm not sure how I left them at 2 so long) and numerous typos, grammatical errors and oversights have been fixed.
That said, I'm considering changing the Eldritch Raiders faction bonus to something along the lines of an AP bonus or an extra 6" on bike and vehicle ranged weaponry.
Your thoughts and insight are appreciated.

Working on 3.5 now. I've noticed a few things that need tweaking, and some more typos need to be weeded out. I feel some point values need adjustment, for example Void Sabres and Twin Lasblasters are a little cheap and I'm also considering tweaking weapon load outs and rules for a few units.
Wasp Assault Walkers should probably get a 4+ invulnerable when they pull off a charge as opposed to the current 5+.
I tweaked Voidstorm Bands to have the option for a Small Arm, a Close Combat, and a Pistol, whereas before they could have a pistol and either a close combat weapon or small arm, but not both. I feel like this was too far.
I'm thinking about giving Balestrike Bands a built in fire heavy weapons on the move ability.
In addition, I'm thinking about giving the Steeleye Reavers a bonus to using flamers and shredders.
Do the Corsairs need more Stratagems or tweaks to existing ones?
I need your thoughts and your insight into this Codex, especially if you've played a few games with it.
I'm also working on building a file to allow them to be used Battlescribe, though my time to do so is limited. If anyone has expertise with the Data Editor in Battlescribe, please contact me.
If you haven't seen it already, please give it a read. Until GW or FW decides to get off their behinds and write us a Proper army list (If they ever do), I want this to be the go to option for us pointy eared space pirates.

Amazing codex, now all GW needs to do is give corsairs some proper models. But really, this is a great codex, pretty competitive while still keeping all the flavor of the army. I do have a few suggestions:
Brace of pistols should go back to being d6 shots. I know it's not competitive, but it's fun and fluffy.
Monomolecular blades are described as being armor-penetrating weapons, they are not chainsword alternatives. Even if you change the name, it should still have AP-1 to make melee for viable for these units.
I assume reckless abandon actives once for each unit, but is it once per turn or once per battleround?
Most stratagems do about 1-2 mortal wounds per CP, Dissonance Charge does more than that, 2.3 mw. I don't think that needs to be changed, instead the mortal wounds should replace the normal attack.
The ig has a similar stratagem to Utter Destruction, but it applies to all models in the unit. UD should do the same.
The psychic powers are overpriced, they all need to be reduced by 1 WC (except the -1 to hit one).
Too many rules are focused on movement. I think the void dragon's rules (why are the eldar naming themselves after a C'tan?) should be subsumed by the Sunblitz Brotherhood and the VD should get a 6+ FNP. The Perfect Timing psychic power should then be changed to a melee booster, perhaps a +1 to hit in melee.

I appreciate the feedback. I will reach out to others on the cost of the Aethermancy powers.
I chose the name "Monomolecular Blade" as it had already existed in fluff. I disliked the term "spar-glaive" as who would a glaive (pole arm) in the tight knit confines of a spaceship Boarding a spaceship is supposed to be their specialty. I'm open to suggestions. I also thought "boarding blade" or 'boarding weapon."
Im considering tweaking the Void Dragons and Eldritch Raiders faction bonus as I've gotten some feedback about the Eldritch Raiders being overpowered in some situations.
I will be posting 3.5 here shortly, it's too late to make a change at this point, but I truly appreciate any and all feedback, and I've taken notes on your concerns.
If you can take the time to email GW and or FW. The only way Corsairs will get new models or functional rules is if they hear enough about it.

If you want a thematic name for an AP-1 chainsword, I would think about what corsairs are beyond a simple pirate archetype; the way Imperial knights are both feudal knights and golem-like protectors, among other aspects. But whatever it is, Glaiz-sabre is a name I came up with right now, I picture of cutlass made of glass.
As far the Eldritch Raiders being OP, +1 to hit essentially makes your attacks auto hit when you have a 3+ BS and easy access to rerolling 1. +1 to wound might be better, even if +1 to wound is generally more valuable than +1 to hit. Maybe require half range for it to activate.
If corsairs were going to get new models, it would probably be with psychic awakening, and they would already be in production now if that were the case. But I don't know if I would hold out hope since it looks like FW dropped the corsair weapon upgrade sprue they used to have.
