Been trying to get on their site for days and their FB and webpage are both down, and google says permanently closed.

It doesnt look good, but wondered if anyone here knew if the store is still going or not?

In Lockdown

Hi jim,

Sadly I'm pretty sure Warboar has closed down for good - for financial reasons apparently. My friends and I are pretty devastated. We had many happy hours there playing D&D, Call of Cthulhu, and 40k. Sad to see it go - especially for the wonderful community - but all things come to an end.

As an alternative, I think there's a games store in Croydon, but I don't think it has 40k tables.

Do you know what your sin is, Malcolm Reynolds?
Ah hell, I'm a fan of all seven.
But right now, I'm gonna have to go with wrath.

Thanks! Sorry to hear it go, I was a big fan of their X Wing team in the early days, but hadnt been in a while as real world got in the way, and another local store opened up closer to me (Badmoon).

I'm really sad to hear they've gone, and it was a great community with a lot of top people out there. Hopefully something will rise from the ashes, but they did a great job while they lasted.

I hope Jason and the team all land on their feet and that everyone finds new playhubs.
