Caveat Emptor for their mats. Mine was miscut. I notified them. No communication. Also noted that there were several miscuts of theirs two weeks ago at a tourney. YMMV.

I've got one of their city mats and haven't had any issues with it.

This was, however, purchased through their Oz portal, since the main site doesn't deal with orders to here because of tax reasons and they respond quite quickly to emails.

I also have a gamemateu urban mat, with zero issues.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Purchased one years ago with no issues. The transport bag, however, was not very durable. This was purchased during their initial launch and I think they have rectified the bag issue.

I would recommend continue to try and make contact via email and telephonic to get resolution. Submit photos to them which would assist in detailing the issues you observed.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

As noted, I have done so.
