Going to be playing against Tau in a few days, just wondering if anyone has an general advise?

I think the list is something like a few riptides and a crisis suit or two.

I know Tau utilities shield drones, should I be trying to kill those over the riptides/suits and then go for the big targets? Or is it more effective to just aim at the larger units?

I also think the list is basically designed to sit up on the terrain and basically shoot everything off the baord.

I'm playing a half shooting half meele list.
