Subject: Space Marine chapters specialized in counter attack warfare?
So basically are there any Space Marine chapters with specialty in counter attack?
As if an enemy has seized a space station / city and usually this Chapter is sent to retake it for humanity? And also in general as a specialty making retaliatory attacks on enemy?

Not to my knowledge specifically for counter attacks. But suited for this sort of thing probably the hammer and anvil ones.
