Good heavens guys. What are they doing to players these days?? That pretty much put an end to my return to this game. The prices used to be high, but bloody hell!. Not that I dont have the money, being middle aged with no kids at home, but more just not accepting of the idea of being robbed like this .
Its like what crack dealers say to their clients: Everytime you buy, the price goes up.. I am still laughing here. And I already know the responses. Much the same as when you point out the crazines of a $1500 Loius vutton handbag , you get the owners naturally with a vested interest in bleeding money to own it, going into great length how every cent was worth it and accounted for in its manufacture
$1000-2000+ for an army. This money will much better go into a new Ziess spotting scope for hunting I think.
Anyway, thanks for the welcome earlier and answers to my actual questions.Good luck with future purchases, your credit card balances and chance of paying off a mortgage kids.
Im still laughing here, seriously. Good heavens I should have checked the prices before getting all excited again and making a fool of myself.
And still laughing
okay Im back in control now. 2nd edition guy signing off.

It's pricey and people are within their rights to complain about that but laughing at people for spending money on what they like is a bit of a d move.

I think we all need to learn about 'import taxes' before we blame a company for charging more in a certain locale.

He gets to feel morally superior like a troll he is. The whole point of post was to make him feel good about himself.

Certainly anybody in EU can't be too casual with that seeing those import taxes are going to be in for there as well. I know I'm getting as much as I can for my armies this year before it becomes even more expensive overnight.

The poor man really has a stake in the country. The rich man hasn't; he can go away to New Guinea in a yacht. The poor have sometimes objected to being governed badly; the rich have always objected to being governed at all
We love our superheroes because they refuse to give up on us. We can analyze them out of existence, kill them, ban them, mock them, and still they return, patiently reminding us of who we are and what we wish we could be.
