Hey so if I use the Fire and Fade strategem w/ the Eldar Scorpion. Basically can move an additional 7'' after it shots. Would that count towards the total movement as far as the invulnerable save goes?

Say I move 10" in movement phase, fire, then move an additional 7'' w/ the strategem after firing then get a 4+ invuln as opposed to a 5+?

Forge World rules are, in 99% of cases, so poorly written that they either don't work as "intended" or don't work at all. However, in this case, it's very clear. Distortion Fields only consider how far you moved in "your last movement phase". Fire And Fade is not used in the Movement Phase so the movement made does not contribute towards it, nor does any other movement that occurs outside of "your last movement phase", even if you move "as if" it were.
