Once all this COVID stuff has blown over heading out for a grudge match versus a friends Eldar list.

Going for a combination of what I have and what I like (it killed me to leave Lysander out...)

Tor Garadon

Primaris Captain

Primaris lieutenant

5 intercessors

5 intercessors

5 sniper scouts with camo

5 sniper scouts with camo

3 interceptors

3 suppressors

3 suppressors

6 Centurions with Heavy/Hurricane bolters

Executioner with HLD

5 man Devastator squad w/4 heavy bolters

Thunder fire cannon

Believe that’s enough there for 2 detachments and the plan is basically snipe his characters and shoot him off the table

For a TAC list, having only one T 7/8 target will mean it gets shot off the board turn one. Especially if that one target is an Executioner. You need another Executioner, some rhino type vehicles, a knight, or whatever. Even a Baneblade would help. The same is true for your general lack of anti-tank. Before the nerf, the fists could get away with not having much AT power because even heavy bolters were AP-2 D2. Now you only get that during your first turn, and your opponent can easily hide during that time.

Of course, this is not a TAC list. If your eldar opponent doesn't have a lot of vehicles or a lot of AT power himself, you might be ok.

But in general, 10 sniper scouts is not enough to do serious character sniping. They can't even kill a spiritseer in one turn.
