years ago in 4th edition I lost a controversial game and tournament to a list that had 3 infantry squads, command squad, commissar, demolisher and the rest of the army were lascannon armed sentinels. I've always thought the right sentinel list could work....

I'd take the Spotter Details and Combined Auspex doctrines from Greater Good, or Combined Auspex and Gunnery Experts if I wanted to help out the tanks. In fact, with the plasma, GE helps out a lot.
