Yeah, anyone have a problem with this?

If a necron unit that has RP takes enough casualties to force a morale test, it does not take it until after it's next RP roll. After it's Rp roll if it still has to take a morale check it does so based on the number of models it now has.

Not a bad way to go. Moving morale outside of the morale phase seems a little messy though. An easier way to get the same result might be to simply move RP to the start of the enemy morale phase before any morale tests are taken.

A similar idea someone pitched in another thread was to remove morale casualties from the yet-to-be-reanimated pile. So if 10 of your warriors get blasted apart and you take 5 morale casualties, you just remove 5 guys permanently from the reanimation pile.

ATTENTION
. Psychic tests are unfluffy. Your longing for AV is understandable but misguided. Your chapter doesn't need a separate codex. Doctrines should go away. Being a "troop" means nothing. This has been a cranky service announcement. You may now resume your regularly scheduled arguing.

I like the idea of removing morale casualties from the already dead ones.

I still think that the morale test should occur after you make your RP rolls as if enough get back up there's no failed roll. Necrons could know that in a few seconds some of their 'deader than usual' comrades will get back up and act accordingly.
