The static grass is actually citadel. The brighter green clumps are grass clumps I got at a general hobby store while I was picking up zap-a-gap. I think they were originally aimed for model train people but I'm not 100% sure.
This is an conversion I did for an autocannon Neophyte. I'm pleased with how he came out. I have two other planned conversions: one with the ammo belt stretching from the gun to the pack, and one with loading tray open. Hopefully those go as well as this one did.
