Master of Possession [5 PL, 88pts]: Bolt pistol, Force stave [8pts], Frag & Krak grenades, Incursion, Cursed Earth, Infernal Power, No Chaos Mark, Smite, The Malefic Tome
The idea is to have a solid blob of cultists as a screen for the two characters. Illusory supplication to give cultists a 5++ and Omen of Potency/Wrathful Entreaty to buff the DA.
The Dark Apostle is a beast in CC and gets buffed by Cursed Earth and Infernal Power (he's a Daemon). Mark of Khorne lets him attack twice if I have the CP.
The MoS reliably summons Bloodletters using Incursion or Dark Pact if necessary. Can swap one of his powers for a Sorcerer power on demand with the Chaos Familiar strat. Warp Time/Death Hex/Prescience are all nice picks.

Two Havoc Squads to provide range support: HBs against LI screens and ML against Vehicles/Flyers (Flakk Missile strat).
VC as a slot filler that also has nice synergy with the MoP and can dish out some damage itself.
Chaos Lord to form the Devastation Battery and reroll hit rolls of 1 on the Havocs.
Mark of Slaanesh to have one of them shoot twice. Crimson Slaughter to regenerate CP and unlock the Terrifying Phenomena strat.
Punishing Volley strat to get a "free" shot in.
