Ebay. If you are finding the plastic ones pricey do what I do and buy laser cut mdf bases. You can get, for example, 100 32mm round bases for under a tenner.

You can buy cheap batches of bases from eBay as mentioned above. I bought a batch of 60mm bases, double the amount and half the price of gw packs. A couple were pretty warped but the rest were fine.

eBay, literally just bought 10x 40mm bases for roughly a fiver.
Although, to be fair to GW, their prices for some of their bases are actually quite good. £3 a pack for the bases is quite good IMO.

To be honest, for anything bigger than infantry models I buy coasters at the "dollar store" (insert whatever local store that sells all sorts of cheap niknacks) and cut them down to the size I need. I'm sure it would work with infantry model bases too, I just have an overabundance of those, so I don't need to...

Vermis has it - eM-4 will have your order delivered before you knew you needed them.
Graeme's Wuerkshoppe (spelling?) on ebay are also grand.
MDF bases are also cheap, but slightly thinner - I'd say Warbases, but I believe they're shut at the moment.

If you are not bound to plastic bases Kromlech (from poland) makes awesomly cheap HDF bases:

50 x 25mm for 5€. Even sending to the UK that's hard to beat. I use them myself and were always satisfied.
