Never really done a no tank army and recently picked up a bunch of Marines on the cheap and tried to make a list of it. Only would need two more speeders and the scouts. I like the lore and colors of the Celestial Lions. So I'm trying to make a non primarius (cause I think they got skipped over because of Inquisition shenanigans) gunline with a bit of a counter punch assault element. Because of stuff on the sprue still could go even more Punchy if I drop the tactical and assault Marines and then I could build them as two vanguard squads. I got fistfuls of missile launchers, plasma cannons and 5 maybe 6 lascannons to toy with as well. Ironclad is actually a nib metal furioso but I figured I can make a cool chainfist for it.

Personally I'd make the following changes:

1: Split one Tac squad into 2 units of 5. If you can get another HQ in there that'll give you 2x Battalions.

2. Drop the Apothecary and free up some points elsewhere to get another Captain for your Devastator Squads to re-roll 1's. Upgrade your Terminator Captain to a Chapter Master for as many rerolls as possible on your Termies.

3. Make your Termies all TH/SS, they seem to die too quickly otherwise.

Looks better. I would also see if you can fit in a Lieutenant somewhere for the Devs, and also give the Dev Captain the Fleetmaster trait using 1CP. It's just personal preference, but you can't complain with an orbital strike for only 1CP.
