Hello all,

3D Printing seems to be gaining more of a foot hold in tabletop gaming each day, but learning 3D modeling really unlocks the power of these devices for customizing your tabletop. Learning 3D modeling is quite the journey, so I created a step by step tutorial for Blender to create a simple decorative spell book. This piece looks great when printed from a resin printer and would add some nice decoration to a miniature's base. In the video description, you can find a second Blender tutorial where I walk through the process of creating the Stormcast Logo that I place on the books.

Blender is a free, open source 3D production studio and is great for creating artistic 3D models. A link to download Blender can also be found in the video description.

Thanks for watching,
If you have any questions, let me know and I will try and answer them as best as possible.
