Was looking for people to play games with preferably at the local game shop Jakrew Games. Anyone nearby?

I just checked the website for Jakrew Games and it said they are closed until further notice due to COVID. I’m down with playing at my house or whatever works for you.
What armies are you playing? I’m in the process of building up an Ultramarines army but I still have a lot of work to get a full on army up and running. I’ve assembled an Intercessor squad, a 5 man reiver squad from the kill team box set, an aggressor squad and some HQ/Officers. I’m also working on a Deathwatch army, so far I’ve only got kill team Cassius assembled. I have a 10 man T’ua kill team assembled from the box set. I have Necrons from the Indomitus box but haven’t had time to assemble them. My assembled models are in various states of painted/primed. I have all the terrain from the Kill Team box assembled and I have various other terrain pieces that need to be assembled. I also have a few game boards from a terrain box set.

Oh the owner just forgot to change that. They’ve been open for a while. I go out every Friday to play Age of Sigmar. Army-wise, I’m pretty much down to just a Astra Militarum Tempestus drop army. I did have a Renegades army, but sadly that army was eliminated by GW during the change to 9th edition.

Awesome, what time do you meet up at the store? I’ll try to head out there this Friday and check it out. I’ll probably just watch for now until I get my armies sorted out and assembled at least.

We usually play Age of Sigmar at 530. Haven’t gotten any 40K games done there and it’s been almost a year since I last played so we’re both in a similar boat.

I’m planning to stop by and check out the store, it’s way closer to me than the two Warhammer stores in the area. Not into Magic the Gathering though so I guess I’ll wait to play some 40K at a future date.
