There are some rules on reddit, but they're pretty bad. Luckily it's not too hard to convert heresy rules to 40k.

MV: 8" WS: 2+ BS: 2+ S: 6 T: 6 W: 9 A: 6 LD: 10 SV: 2+ (standard primarch statline)
Sword of Balenight: S: +1 AP: -4 D: 3 , For every unmodified saving throw of 1 made against attacks with this weapon, the target suffers d3 mortal wounds in addition to any other damage.
Axe of Helwinter: S: +3 AP: -3 D: 4
Scorn Spitter: 18" assault 4, S5, AP-2, D: D3

Breaker of Shields, Bringer of Ruin: Every hit roll of 6 made by Russ generates an additional attack with the Sword of Balenight, every wound roll of 6 generates an additional attack with the Axe of Helwinter, attacks generated with this ability cannot generate any additional attacks (6+1 attacks isn't enough for Russ)

Armour Elavagar: Enemy models suffer -1 to hit when in base contact with Russ (more or less same as the heresy rule)

Shield of Asahem: Russ has a 3++ (he needs an invuln)

Primarch of the VI Legion: re-roll hit rolls of one and rolls of 1, 2, and 3, count as 4 when making charge and advance rolls for friendly SPACE WOLVES models within 12" (pretty standard primarch ability, faster space wolves, which is one of their bigger weaknesses)

Howl of the Death Wolf: Once per battle, Russ can use his Howl of the Death Wolf ability in your command phase. Until your next command phase, Russ may attempt to deny the witch for all attempted enemy psychic powers, regardless of distance. (all primarchs need some OP borderline broken ability, and Russ was one of the more psychic primarchs)

PL: same as g-man
Points: same as g-man

Give him the Chapter Master Reroll-it's silly to have a Primarch less effective at buffing than a Chapter Master.

Otherwise, that conversion looks good. I'm a bit worried about making minimum of 8" charges with Space Wolves, though.

I figured since space wolves already get +1 to hit on the charge, rerolling everything won't do much for them. Besides, Mortarion and Magnus only reroll 1's too. Maybe give him reroll wound rolls of 1 when targeting characters for all SW in range too.

But yeah, maybe that aura should only be 1s and 2s count as 3s. A minimum 6-inch charge is still pretty good, especially for a 12" range. Combine him with g-man and SW can get 7 in minimum charges, you could see loyalist primarch bros as a viable list. Imagine gulliman and russ going up against magnus and mortarion.

I'm aware of what the Daemon Primarchs do.

And it's SUPER dumb that they're less inspiring than any joe-schmoe Chapter Master.

But yeah, min 3 is much better. Still good-but he is a gorram Primarch.

Most CSM don't seem to be on very good terms with their dad. I guess the same isn't true for Russ and the wolves so maybe he should have a chapter master aura, but at 6".

So maybe within 6": SW get to reroll all failed hit rolls and can reroll wound rolls of 1 in the fight phase when targeting charaters. Within 12": SW count 1s and 2s as 3s when charging and advancing and all imperium units can reroll 1s.

Cool find, I didn't even think to include his wolf siblings or spear, although I think he only ever used that in his dual with horus. But a 4+ FNP and a 3+ invuln is ... perfectly balanced. Combined with his pre-nerf g-man aura, I would say he is downright broken. Russ's fursona looks a lot better, even if I can't image any primarch coming in at 580 points, except horus ascended.
