hello, i've been building this list for tournaments, and trying for very competitive set. Any advice are appreciated.

Evil sunz spearhead
-hq- dethkilla wartrike 125 (warlord: speed freek, relic: supa-cybork body)
-elite- nobz on bikes (9, 9x powerklaw) 405
-fast- warbikers (12, nob/klaw) 334
-fast- warbikers (12, nob/klaw) 334
-fast- megatrak scrapjets (2) 220
-fast- kustom boosta blastas (2) 180
-fast- shokkjump dragstas (2) 220
-fast- boomdakka snazzwagons (2) 180

Total 1998/9 cp

My plan is to go for early strike, clearing screens with dakkaguns (and probably activate moar dakka), and charge some juicy stuff after. This build relies heavily for going first, but in a case for going second, i'll give nobz a -1 to-hit strat. The buggies are for objective grabbing, and providing fire support.

Some questions;
- what kustom jobs should I take, if any?
- should I swap the warlord trait for something else?

This looks like fun army for a friendly games, but nothing that you should take anywhere near tournaments. Also note that the -1 to hit stratagem needs to be used at the start of your movement phase, so you cannot protect your bikers with it when going second.

In my opinion warbikers are too expensive for what they provide and nob bikers don't fare much better. Currently you are sinking over 1000 points into three units that are to be considered mediocre at best.

As for the buggies, boomdakka snazzwagons are terrible, they are strictly worse than kustom boosta-blastas waste precious FA slots.

So, I would suggest the following:
1) Drop both warbiker mobs. Keep the nobz for a fast hitting force, but have them either use 9 big choppas to use the +1S stratagem or 4 Killsaws plus 5 dual choppas. The unit is expensive enough as it is, and PKs aren't exactly great weapons. You free up 713 points this way
2) Drop the snazzwagons for another 180. (893)
3) Move your army to a battalion with three mobs of trukk boyz (166 with big choppa nob) and a warboss on warbike.(110). That way you get another 3CP and a powerful HQ, while trukk boyz are almost twice as many wounds per point spend compared to warbikers.
4) Add a burna bommer for 'eadbut. It's just that good.

This leaves your with roughly 120 points for another buggy and additional weapons on your nobz, warboss or trukks.

Your free relic should be da killa klaw on the warboss. Warlord trait can be big killa boss on the trike or brutal but kunnin' on the warboss
Get the following upgrades:
Warboss - Da biggest Boss -1
Wartrike - Gork's Roar -1
Scrapjet - Korkscrew -1
SJD - Gyroscopig Whriligig -1
optional: Squig Tires for Nobz on Warbikes

This leaves you at 7-8 CP and gives you all the tools to win a game of 9th without giving up on the original theme of your army.
If wanted to optimize the army even further, you'd probably start dropping the nobz and wartrike for more shooting options.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks do not think that purple makes them harder to see. They do think that camouflage does however, without knowing why.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe.

Hey, thanks for the reply. Those are intresting points, I didn't think it was that bad, and with those changes the list is going to be very different for what i'm looking for.

I'm thinking that trukk boyz can be good for holding objectives, but they are way too squishy targets, and bikes can cause pressure very early. The nobz are my answer against knights, their powerklaw attacks can bring down a Knight per turn, when supported with dethkilla.

I was planning to include deffkoptas instead of snazzwagons, but because of points I was able to include the wagon (and most of the missions have 1-2 objectives in deployment zone, which can be hold with buggies).

Holding objectives is what's going to win games. Spending 1000 points on three units will most likely not.

And that nob unit is not going to a knight reliably. On average, you can expect 15 damage done to T8/3. Taking casualties to that nob unit will or the right relic will ruin all chances of stopping the knight. In any case, killsaws cost the same as klaws and are strictly better than them.
