Hi

Building a Fabius bile army and want a unit of beserkers, plague marines, noise marines and rubrics in my army.

In my head I can work out a reason why the first 3 might strike a deal with bile but I don’t know much about rubrics so struggling to make it work in my head. I understand that rubrics are automatons controlled by the aspiring sourcerer but what would bile be able to offer the sourcerer to get buy in.

Also I struggle to see how bile could modify rubrics as they are dust in a jar but unless an FAQ comes out they will get plus one movement and strength.

Bile could offer something other than improved Marines, specifically. Maybe he's bringing expendable, frenzied cultists to the mix - perhaps in trade for using on other, suicide jobs a Sorcerer might not want to risk Rubricae on, or perhaps simply as sacrifices for rituals.
Or maybe he's simply got information the Sorcerer needs.

Also bear in mind that your typical Tzeentch Sorcerer has plots going on behind the scenes - their reasons for providing Bile with the Rubricae might be beyond Bile's understanding or even his caring. Maybe it already serves the Sorcerer's ends, or maybe the fact that Bile will just 'owe them a favour' is enough for now. (...not that I'd trust Bile to come through on that favour? But hey.)

Oh ok that sounds good I need to read more about tzeench worshippers. So they’ve made some sort of superficial deal of mutual support to achieve a simple goal but the Sorcerer thinks He’s playing bile, will bile spot the double/triple/quadruple cross. Thanks food for thought.

Enhancement to the aspiring sorceror.
That's why the aspiring sorcerer is faster and stronger - and it's also why the acompanying tins'o'dust are faster and stronger too - they're not enhanced but their directing intellect - the sorcerer - is running at improved levels due to Uncle Fabius' Patented Health Tonic, and as such is thinking faster and channelling more warp mojo into motivating his automaton minions
