I guys, i want start Adeptus custodes but im a little noob 
any advice for a 1000 pt list ? i want try it soon

Do custodes come five to a box? I forget.
Buy 1 box use 1 guy as the captain character and 1 guy as the banner character
buy a second box run 2x squads of 4 custodes
buy a box of bikes.
That ought to be prettttttttttty dang close to 1000 I'd think.

Custodes list revolves around two units right now: Terminators or Jetbikes. Most builds don't take both so you generally pick one and try that.
Terminator builds are usually Dread Host or Shadowkeepers. Aquilons are generally the better Terminators (they are Forge World).
Jetbike builds (Vertus Praetors is their actual name) are generally Solar Watch and armed with Hurricane Bolters.
When it comes to troops, Custodian Guard with swords and shields are the current meta choice, but Saggitarum Guard (Forge World) are strong contenders too.

why with hurricane ? very low dmg, no vp, ok the solar buff their move, but the dmg is low

They used to cheaper than salvo launchers and provide some much needed volume of fire for chaff-clearing. Now, salvo launchers are the same price, so I don't think it's such a no-brainer. They still have their chaff-mulching niche so I think they're still good, but salvo launchers are also very tempting, especially as they got a brutal new strat. Unfortunately I've tried salvo launchers once in 9th and the bikes died before they could fire them
