This army is characterized by a deep pink verging on light purple colour with a green that blends into yellow as the dominant colours. In addition to that are the various earth tones usual with Sylvaneth.

Alarielle The Everqueen.

With Alarielle those same colours featured but I had to class it up by making the green to yellow transition a metallic green to gold. I discovered the best way to do this was to paint brown on there first and then go over with gold for a more natural look. I discovered that after the shoulderpads was done, hence the colour discrepancy. Oh well.

The pink was done in a way to produce a satin effect.

The left leg required me to carefully look at my own leg for anatomical correctness.

The face is based on what I did before.

Both faces use Angelina Jolie as a reference.

Drycha Hamadreth.

For Drycha, the idea was to make a she -hulk look with that vibrant green to yellow. To this end I painted additional detail to the breasts so she wouldn't look like a spirit. Portraying real physicality was better here I think.

Spirit of Durthu

This model was all about that sword. Again I used the green to pure yellow highlight. Looked up other Durthu's online to try to make the yellow-green interacton more interesting.

I could have made the runes glow, but I found that made the model way too busy and difficult to look at. Almost headache inducing actually.

Treeman Ancient.

Like the Durthu, the white face breaks up the earth tones. Alot of Tree kin gets overdominated by brown so they do need something to contrast it.

Dryads, Gladewrym, Awakened Wyldwoods.

Used pink lichen instead of the sculpted leaves in order for people to better see the sylvaneth in the forest for display purposes.

The dryads use the army's colour scheme at its most basic.

Things like the Wrym, was painted to contrast against the Sylvaneth themselves.

Other Endless Spells

The leaves are a gold flecked purple. Similar yet different enough to the Awakened Wyldwood.

The Flitterfly Swarm is the same colour as Drycha's.

Spite Revenants.

Same green to yellow as Drycha, bit toned down with Sepia washes so they dont distract when standing next to her. Also to show they arent as potent/powerful.

Kurnoth Hunters

Their weapons were waystone green over the lightest GW silver. Its a colour unique to the Kurnoth Hunter weapons in this army, gives them something that stands them apart from dryads.

Army's not complete yet. Feel free to share any thoughts and feedback. Thanks!

I absolutely adore these (and the almost cherry blossom feel to them is really interesting and not something I've seen before with these models.)

Incredible work!
The title of the therad got my hopes up (Sylvaneth beeing one of the greatest factions GW ever produced) and I was in no way dissapointed by your work.

You have managed to capture the vibrant vitality of the Sylvaneth and still full on with the cruel, dark and nightmarish side of them.
Well done.

I think perhaps the glade wyrm and wardroot beetle deserves better pictures
