So figured I'd share this. Fully magnitized with 13 3mm magnets and one 5mm magnet. I used army painters magnet set as it was quickest available. I then needed a 13/64 and a 1/8 drill bit. Took about an hour and a half. Heads turned out better than I expected. I am debating chopping the vent covers off the options and attaching directly to the magnets. I'm not really a photographer so sorry about that but I think it gets the idea across.
