Do they have a timeline of when/if they're dropping new codexes? Main 2 i'm wanting are Death Guard and Adeptus Custodes?

Not as such, but there was a WarCom article - Space Marines & Necrons, then Blood Angels, Space Wolves & Deathwatch Supplements alongside Death Guard, then Dark Angels & a xenos one early 2021.

Damn i thought i read through all their stuff guess i missed some lol. So far now then should i buy the Custodes book or should i skip it and wait? I'm currently building/buying/assembling my list , but right now its simply just 6 jetbikes cuz any list i see has either the regular jetbikes or the Forgeworld Jetbikes sooo yeah.

I'd wait for the FW compendium before doing anything with Custodes in case they get a major nerf.

Any idea when that launches?

Not really. They've been teasing it all year.

The FW book needs to be released asap. It should really have come out with the new edition

I'm guessing I've got a year or so to wait until Chaos Knights.

It's interesting the SM supplements aren't all coming out together...

they did this last time too. released two a month IIRC. it was annoying as they stretched out the marine release

See i'm both for this and against this. For 1 i get to kill Space Marines as the Banana Boys and feel its both justified and lore friendly. On the OTHER hand it takes away from the Xenos and Chaos factions and i LOVE Chaos Daemons. I really wanted to run them orginially, but learned very quickly they take skill to pilot and even then winning is a chore.

custodes being buffed wouldn't make a whoooole ton of differance on that score. that said the idea that IoM factions are "all OP all the time" simply isn't born out by the evidance.

Fair i mean for most of 7th/8th it was Astra Militarum, Knights and Ynari? I think it was Ynari there was a few brief periods (before nerfs) where chaos was OP (soup and that one elite unit spam) and even Death Guard with Cultits + Raise em as undead was just disgusting and the 5++ FNP + DR working on all units was just nuts.
