The Idea is to make the 3 Workhorses (Spyders, Destroyers & Lychguards) as effektiv as possible with a lot of flexibility and Support from the Charakters.
You clearly lose the Command Protocols but i dont care they dont seem a big weight because of the unpredictability of a game.
So you have a lot of options you can choose from.

So couple of thoughts.

In the Novokh detachment, what is that technomancer buffing? Remember, all the detachments you take the benefits and auras are dynasty locked. I'd start by dropping the technomancer and the plasmacyte for more scarabs in the custom dynasty detachment. Also the CCB warlord should not be taking anything but the -1 dmg trait. Implacable conquer only applies to CORE units which means at most it will effect the lychguard and the immortals. If you need to re-roll a charge just spend a CP. The Chronomancer is also a good choice for the veil relic.

He is there to get the CCB Repaired with the Cloak and to get maybe 1 Lychguard Up every Round.
The Overcharger he has is not Dynaty bound so it works well on the Spyders even they are not in his Novak Detachment.

But the Idea with the Veil for the Chronomancer is very nice but it would be i think another 2 CP Missing from the start or even 3? never Played more then two relics so not sure.
The WT with -1 W in exchange to the Conquerer is something to think about it but under the Circumstances of lacking CPs with another relic and so have to spend another cp to reroll the charge i dont know.
I would love to double buff the lychguards with +2 A and you need the CPs to do so and maybe other nice things like -1 Woundroll against the Destructors.
