I just want some feedback to see what Y'all think of it and what can be improved or if it is good the way it is? This is my First attempt at building a list so please don't fault me for not knowing how to format or what else is needed in here. I hope this will atleast show what I am trying to do here

I recommend you use atleast one technomancer for rites of reanimation rule. Also I make tactic videos on Necrons you can watch and learn some of our tricks and our best units.

When you begin to flesh this army back out, make sure to post what relics and dynasty that you're attempting to run them as.
As well as more individual war gear and WT you want to run for your main HQ.

I would not use to reaper on the warriors, seeing as it's shorter in range and at that point. The new blast weapon rules will really start to cut into you. It's more damage yes, but you're most likely going to have to trade off more than a few extra bodies to get it done.

You should take something other then a second chronomancer. Much like CKO suggested, a technomancer will allow you rites of reanimation. Which is much stronger when targeting warriors, as it's a 1d3, instead of just a 1.

I'm also not sure about the reliability of the Cryptothralls. Looking over the rules, it looks like they don't occupy a slot so long as a cryptek is around. And it appears that all of their benefits only come into play when they actually have a cryptek to keep company. I would say that you'd get better play out of a Canoptek Spider unit, or even a group of Deathmarks. Seeing as you're not really loading down on melee anyway.

One has to wonder. Do the Tyranids consider drop-assault troops... fast food?

So I actually think your list looks really good as it is. I disagree with the comment above about cryptothralls, they're the cheapest unit you can field and are infantry this makes them extremely useful for scoring secondaries and their small footprint makes them very easy to hide.

Your list above is 70 points over but I have done general recommendations that will cut those points down anyway.

Firstly I'd drop the reaper warriors to a 10 man, this way they can actually ride in the ghost ark which they will want so they can get in range safely. I'd also cut the Tesla immortals to a 5 man preferably with gauss but regardless they're better used to hold objectives rather than do damage.

These two changes drop 220 points out the list. So you've got 150 left to spend, firstly I'd change your overlord to anrakyr the traveller he will be very helpful combined with a later recommendation. This leaves 105 points. I'd use this to get countertemporal nanomines and hypermaterial ablator on the crypteks respectively. This leaves 50pts which I think is best used to max out the scarabs with a 5++ from a chronomancer they become extremely difficult to shift.

My final thought is that you should go novohk for your dynasty, between the strat they have and anrakyr your warriors will put out 60 attacks on the charge (hitting on 2's with my will be done and at str 5 with the +1str strat) at -1ap. That will kill pretty much anything and turns a lot of your army into a major assault threat.

Hope this is helpful.

With 60 warriors I don’t see what the point of the immortals is, as you have plenty of board control. I take it you intend to use the veil on the reapers, if so they are fine.

I agree that one of the chronomancers should be replaced with a technomancer.

I would trade out the immortals for lychguard To add some close combat potential
