Army tactics.

I have the option (depending on the opponent and terrain LOS)
to pay 4 CP and keep X3 Decimators and the master of P in strategic reserves.
(adding the obliterators that's 950pts so i'm legal)

Round 2 they come in , the Oblitz deep strike next to them and the Disco lord teleports too (faceless commander WT)
Round 2 will see 12D3 mortal wound shots and double shot obliterators mess up my opponents army.
I don't think (if it goes well) that many armies can recover from that.

I believe i have enough models in the battlefield to score obj's until my reinforcements arrive.

I traded my deci for a sicaran awhile back so I'll be running that, pretty happy about it though.

On the list I think it's mostly solid. Some mobile elements and good firepower. In general I like the 3 deci the oblits and the mop disco package.

However my experience in 9th makes me feel like you do not want that much in reserve at any one time but particularly to start. Boards are too packed for sufficient LZs and you end up playing down too much in vp. Especially with access to conceal for the oblits (I swapped to 10 terminators now). On that note I also feel like your missing a strong combat element to slug it out midfield.

The raptors are a cool addition I wasn't expecting. I'd be tempted to run them bare with 6 chainswords. And actually csm same andnlurk them with renascent as a backup.

The lord I can't see the need for a jp here. I would suggest terminator armour and slog both him and the oblits. Now his gun is a terror too. I prefer the legends biker but terminator is ace too. This gives you some counter punch and immediate threat to midfield. Use the deci's to push and conceal the oblits since they are now 36 4++ t7 wounds.

Lastly my impression is that you have 1 too many havocs, probably the las. They will compete badly for ec/votlw/rerolls and don't provide any board control or much durability. My suggestion would be drop one for more spawn or a unit of terminators. I've been leaning on both pretty heavily lately.

This shift to more aggressive approach will also benefit your faceless disco which is a sweet build btw. Should probably have the baleflamer though.
