Btw, in case it wasn’t clear, the new edition will have the rules for
all of the teams currently available as a plastic kit included in the rule book, plus three new ones (the two in the boxed set and one released shortly thereafter), and the three “mixed” teams (Chaos Renegades, Old World Alliance, Underworld Denizens) for 21 total rosters. This includes the Ogres who haven’t changed much from Spike! #8 except for their snotlings and runt-punter both getting 5k cheaper.
It does not have the rules for the other teams that used to be in the game during 4th edition and the LRB era which were grandfathered in as teams of legend in the 2016 edition, so no chaos dwarfs for example. However, we do know from
GW’s official preview that Spike! Magazine will be continuing and will be providing new content so hopefully the remaining older teams will appear eventually, assuming they don’t get themselves another “teams of legend” update.
Edit: they got themselves another “
teams of legend” update.
