Thoughts and suggestions for this all-Primaris Mechanized battalion? I already have almost all the models in the list, and think this will look cool on the tabletop, but would it be viable at all?

This is a cool list in casual play. However, not that strong. All those vehicles are strong in theroy, but very weak in actual game since they are easy to take down once you run into Eradicators, Harlequins, Knights, and any decently strong Guard, Eldar, Chaos, Orks and Nids list. Also, they are not core units so your characters don't buff them.

Yeah it’s meant for casual play, not tournaments. I just like the idea of a bunch of AFVs and Mechs striding into battle. Doesn’t have to win, just look cool and be fun. My local META is pretty chill and more about having fun than WAAC.
