Ossefactor states that a model taken out of action by an attack made by this weapon, roll a d6 for each model within 2" of that model. On a roll of 5+, that model suffers a mortal wound.

Saviour Protocols states that if a model is successfully wounded by an enemy attack, that you can inflict a mortal wound on a drone, and the target model does not suffer any damage from that attack.

I have a few questions...

1. Ossefactor targets a Pathfinder, and the drone absorbs the blow and is taken out of action. Does the ossefactor still proc and start the rolls for all models within 2"? My understanding is that the saviour protocols is like a self sacrifice and would mean that the ossefactor does not kill the drone, and therefore the extra wounds wouldnt happen.

2. If the ossefactor procs, and starts to wound models, can the drone absorb a wound for a model when the ossefactor makes those 5+ rolls?

3. If the ossefactor procs and does multiple wounds to different targets, can one drone absorb all of the attacks?
